Thought provoking

I've watched these before but have enjoyed this venue. It amazes me what the human can survive. These put life in focus when you are having a pity party moment.

It’s my group therapy

As someone who has also gone through something traumatic, these stories are what I needed to hear. That I am not alone. That I am resilient. That my abuser is not going to define me. It’s the perfect mix of hearing the terror these women went through and what it takes to carry on. The after math is so genuine and relatable, these women have become my group therapy. P. S. Please make more episodes ♥️
